Next week, the OTC Academy – OTC Organics’ exclusive training program – will be facilitating a SPRING Water Management course for our organic avocado growers in Peru. This course, an add-on from GLOBALG.A.P., enables producers to demonstrate their extra commitment to responsible Water Management and helps farms to raise their water awareness and implement more efficient farm-level management of water resources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course will be conducted on February 20th & 23rd. The first session will take place in Huancayo, Peru, while the second session will be held in Huacho, Peru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by GLOBALG.A.P. experts, this course aims to provide growers with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage water resources in avocado farming. By partnering with GLOBALG.A.P., OTC Organics seeks to underscore the importance of water sustainability in agriculture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

OTC Organics is deeply committed to environmental stewardship and recognizes the critical role of water in avocado cultivation. Therefore, we encourage all our growers to obtain SPRING certification as part of our ongoing efforts to promote sustainable practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
