Our top-quality chicory is cultivated with the greatest of care in the Netherlands by our grower who has been producing biodynamic chicory (Demeter) since 1992. We have worked with this chicory specialist since OTC Organics was first established in 2001. What makes this chicory grower unique is the fact that they do not just grow forced chicory, they also produce the chicory roots (tap roots) themselves. This unique combination means that they can supply chicory all year round and ensure high quality throughout the complete chain of chicory cultivation.

Chicory is supplied in a standard 5 kg box with a re-sealable lid. Thanks to the lid, the chicory is kept in the dark and stays dry. This keeps it nice and white and prevents it from turning green. Chicory is also available in various types of consumer packages.
