OPTA is the most important lobby group for organic processors and trading companies in Europe. OPTA leads and coordinates the dialogue between European and international organic processors and trading companies. It also represents the general interests of its members against national, European and international authorities and other stakeholders. In addition, it also serves as a network platform where its members can share information, expertise and experience.

In the Netherlands, about 100 companies account for 80% of turnover in the Dutch trade and processing of organic products. OTC Organics is one of these organisations and we are members of BioNederland. This association has one main purpose: to establish bonds between its members, to keep its members informed on relevant topics and to ensure joint member benefits. We will grow together!

The GroentenFruit association has 320 members. These trading companies and growers associations all have one goal: selling fruit and vegetables. From domestic wholesale to import and export and from processing to packaging fruit and vegetables. GroentenFruit Huis represents the interests of these companies and is a source of knowledge and inspiration.
